We have exciting news to share! As of February 1st, 2021, we have decided to merge our real estate business and become “one” team. This will allow us to better service your real estate needs. We feel that we each compliment one another’s business.
Shelly started her career in the fall of 2008 when the market crashed. One thing she learned from this was how to work hard. At that time Cathy was her mentor at Central Realty. Cathy had been selling real estate since 2003. After a time, Cathy moved on to Ruhl & Ruhl to advance her career as a broker. Meanwhile, Shelly worked hard at growing her own business.
Flash forward to today, Cathy has decided that selling real estate is where her passion lies and Shelly’s business has grown considerably, to the point of needing help. Honestly, we have kicked this idea around for a year or so and have now finally decided to take the plunge. We’re hoping that you are as excited as we are about this venture.
Cathy and Shelly graduated from Central Community High School, Cathy just a couple of years before Shelly. Cathy was Shelly’s role model playing basketball in high school. And just to show you how things circle around, we now live nearby one another and as it turns out we each married a member of the 1987 Clinton High State Wrestling champ team.
We bring to you 31 years of combined real estate experience. And with the ever changing market we have been in, it’s good to have qualified professionals in your corner. We are also both life-long residents of DeWitt, Iowa and know the Clinton, Scott and Jackson county areas very well. Our combined desire for integrity and honesty with our clients made this an easy final decision to merge our business as one.
